설정 → 운동 목표·휴식에서 종목별 목표, 증량 속도(매일/매주), 종목 사이 휴식 시간을 바꿀 수 있습니다.

설정 → 매일 리마인더가 켜져 있는지, 그리고 휴대폰 시스템 설정에서 이 앱의 알림이 허용돼 있는지 확인해 주세요.
불쾌한 닉네임·사진이나 부정행위를 봤어요.
랭킹·로비에서 상대 옆의 ⋮, 또는 대결 결과 화면에서 상대 얼굴을 눌러 신고하기 또는 차단하기를 선택하세요. 신고는 24시간 안에 검토하며, 차단한 사람은 랭킹·로비·녹화 대결에서 보이지 않고 대결 신청도 받지 않습니다.
구독과 무료 체험은 어떻게 되나요?
혼자 하는 운동은 무료, 아레나 대결은 하루 1판 무료입니다. Pro 연간 플랜은 3일 무료 체험 후 결제되며, 체험이 끝나기 전에 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독 관리에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다.
아레나 계정과 데이터를 지우고 싶어요.
설정 → 아레나 계정 삭제를 누르면 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 세트 기록, 랭킹이 서버에서 즉시 삭제됩니다. 앱을 이미 지웠다면 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요.
내 데이터는 어디에 저장되나요?
운동 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 아레나를 쓰면 닉네임·국가·세트 개수와 타이밍·(선택) 프로필 사진이 서버에 저장됩니다. 카메라 영상은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
본 앱은 의료기기가 아니며 건강·의학적 조언을 제공하지 않습니다.
Reps aren't being counted.
Make sure your body fits in frame — squats: ~2–2.5m in front; push-ups: lay the phone on the floor right under your face, camera up. Lines drawn over your body mean you're detected.
How do I change my goals?
Settings → Goals & rest: per-exercise targets, progression (daily/weekly), and rest between exercises.
Reminders aren't arriving.
Check Settings → Daily reminder, and that notifications are allowed for this app in your phone's system settings.
I saw an offensive nickname or photo, or cheating.
Tap ⋮ next to a player in the ranking or lobby, or tap their face on the result screen, then choose Report or Block. We review reports within 24 hours. Blocked players disappear from your rankings, lobby and recorded races, and their challenges won't reach you.
How do subscriptions and the free trial work?
Solo workouts are free, and you get one free arena duel per day. Pro Yearly starts with a 3-day free trial; cancel anytime before it ends in App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
How do I delete my arena account and data?
Settings → Delete arena account removes your nickname, profile photo, sets and ranking from our server immediately. If you've already deleted the app, email us.
Where is my data stored?
Workout history stays on your device. If you use the Arena, your nickname, country, set counts and timing, and optional profile photo are stored on our server. Camera video never leaves your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
