요약: 카메라 영상은 기기 안에서만 처리되며 저장·전송되지 않습니다. 운동 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 아레나(실시간 대결·글로벌 랭킹)를 쓰려고 닉네임을 정하면 닉네임, 국가, 세트 개수와 렙 타이밍, 선택한 프로필 사진, 대결 알림용 푸시 토큰이 개발사 서버에 저장되고 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다. 설정의 "아레나 계정 삭제"로 언제든 모두 지울 수 있습니다. 광고 SDK는 없습니다.

1. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

운동 기록 — 종목, 횟수, 렙 타이밍, 시각, 소요 시간
설정값 — 목표 개수, 알림 시간, 언어 등

앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.

2. 아레나에서 처리하는 정보

아레나는 닉네임을 정한 경우에만 동작합니다. 앱은 이메일·전화번호 없이 무작위 익명 계정 ID를 만들어 아래 정보를 이 ID에 연결해 저장합니다.

닉네임 (1~16자) — 대결 상대와 랭킹에 표시
국가 — 기기 언어 설정에서 읽은 국가 코드(예: KR). 위치 정보는 사용하지 않습니다
세트 기록 — 종목, 개수, 각 렙의 타이밍, 시각. 랭킹과 "녹화 대결"(다른 이용자가 내 기록과 겨루는 기능)에 사용되며 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다
프로필 사진 (선택) — 직접 촬영하거나 앨범에서 고른 사진 1장. 공개 주소로 저장되어 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다
푸시 토큰 — 다른 이용자의 대결 신청을 알림으로 받기 위해 저장. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging과 Apple 푸시 알림 서비스를 거쳐 전달됩니다
로그인 정보 (선택) — Google 또는 Apple로 계속하기를 누른 경우에만: 해당 계정의 고유 ID와 이메일 주소(Apple "이메일 가리기"를 쓰면 대리 주소). 기기를 바꿔도 같은 계정으로 이어 쓰기 위해서만 쓰며, 비밀번호는 받지 않습니다
신고·차단 기록 — 누가 누구를 어떤 사유로 신고·차단했는지. 부적절한 콘텐츠 조치와 차단 목록 적용에만 씁니다
대결 중 메시지 — 진행 개수와 🔥👏💪 리액션. 실시간으로 중계만 되며 저장하지 않습니다 (채팅 기능은 없습니다)

저장 위치: Supabase(개발사 계정의 데이터베이스·저장소). 이 정보는 아레나 기능 제공에만 쓰이며 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.

3. 익명 이용 통계

앱이 실제로 쓰이는지 파악하기 위해 개발사 서버(Vercel)와 분석 도구 Amplitude로 익명 이벤트를 전송합니다: 앱이 만든 무작위 설치 식별자(광고 식별자 아님), 플랫폼과 앱 버전, 기기 모델·OS 버전·언어·국가, 이벤트 이름과 시각(예: 앱 실행, 운동 완료, 대결 결과, 구독 안내 화면 열람). IP 주소·정밀 위치·통신사·광고 식별자는 수집하지 않으며, 아레나 계정 ID와 연결하지 않습니다.

4. 카메라와 사진 보관함

운동 카운트: 카메라 영상은 기기 내부의 Google ML Kit 포즈 인식으로만 처리됩니다. 영상은 저장되지 않고 어디에도 전송되지 않습니다.

프로필 사진: 이용자가 직접 촬영하거나 "앨범에서 선택"을 누른 경우에만 카메라·사진 보관함에 접근하며, 고른 사진 1장만 업로드합니다.

내 캐릭터(선택): "내 사진으로 만들기"에 동의하고 전신 사진을 고르면, 그 사진을 Google Gemini 이미지 서비스로 보내 3D 스타일 캐릭터 이미지를 만듭니다. 원본 사진은 캐릭터를 만드는 동안 서버 메모리에서만 쓰고 저장하지 않으며, 만들어진 캐릭터 이미지(준비·푸시업·스쿼트·승리 포즈)만 프로필 사진처럼 저장해 다른 이용자에게 보입니다. 얼굴 인식이나 신원 확인에 쓰지 않습니다. 기본 캐릭터를 고르면 사진은 쓰지 않습니다.

5. 알림

운동 리마인더는 기기 내 로컬 알림입니다. 대결 신청 알림만 푸시 서버(2항의 푸시 토큰)를 사용합니다. 기기 설정에서 알림을 끌 수 있습니다.

6. 처리 위탁 및 제3자

7. 보관 기간과 삭제

아레나 정보는 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 앱의 설정 → 아레나 계정 삭제를 누르면 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 세트 기록, 랭킹, 푸시 토큰, 연결된 로그인 정보가 서버에서 즉시 삭제됩니다. 앱을 삭제했거나 앱에 접근할 수 없다면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 기기의 운동 기록은 앱 삭제 시 지워집니다.

이 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Summary: Camera video is processed on your device and is never stored or uploaded. Your workout history stays on your device. If you pick a nickname to use the Arena (live battles and global rankings), your nickname, country, set counts and rep timing, optional profile photo, and a push token for challenge notifications are stored on our server and shown to other players. You can delete all of it anytime with "Delete arena account" in Settings. No advertising SDKs.

1. Data Stored Only on Your Device

Workout history — exercise, reps, rep timing, timestamp, duration
Settings — goals, reminder time, language

Deleting the app removes it.

2. Arena Data

The Arena works only after you pick a nickname. The app creates a random anonymous account ID (no email or phone number) and links the following to it:

Nickname (1–16 characters) — shown to opponents and on the leaderboard
Country — a country code read from your device language setting (e.g. US). We do not use location
Sets — exercise, rep count, timing of each rep, timestamp. Used for rankings and "recorded races" (other players racing your set) and shown to other players
Profile photo (optional) — one photo you take or pick. Stored at a public address and shown to other players
Push token — so other players' challenges reach you as notifications, delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service
Sign-in info (optional) — only if you tap Continue with Google or Apple: that account's unique ID and email address (a relay address if you use Apple's Hide My Email). Used only so you can keep the same account across devices; we never receive your password
Reports and blocks — who reported or blocked whom and why. Used only to moderate content and apply your block list
In-race messages — live rep counts and 🔥👏💪 reactions. Relayed in real time, not stored (there is no chat)

Stored with Supabase (our database and storage). Used only to run the Arena; never sold or used for advertising.

3. Anonymous Usage Statistics

To understand whether the app is used, it sends anonymous events to our server (Vercel) and to the analytics service Amplitude: a random install identifier created by the app (not an advertising ID), platform and app version, device model, OS version, language and country, and event names with timestamps (e.g. app opened, workout completed, battle result, subscription screen viewed). We do not collect IP addresses, precise location, carrier or advertising IDs, and these events are not linked to your Arena account ID.

4. Camera and Photo Library

Rep counting: the camera feed is processed entirely on-device by Google ML Kit pose detection. Video is never stored or transmitted.

My character (optional): If you agree and choose a full-body photo under "Make one from my photo", the photo is sent to Google's Gemini image service to create 3D-style character images. The original photo is used only in server memory while the character is made and is not stored; only the resulting character images (ready, push-up, squat and victory poses) are kept like a profile photo and are visible to other players. They are not used for face recognition or identity verification. Picking a ready-made character uses no photo.

Profile photo: the camera or photo library is used only when you take or choose a profile photo, and only that one photo is uploaded.

5. Notifications

Workout reminders are local notifications. Only challenge notifications use a push server (the push token in section 2). You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

6. Service Providers

We share nothing beyond these purposes and bundle no advertising SDKs.

7. Retention and Deletion

Arena data is kept until you delete it. Settings → Delete arena account immediately deletes your nickname, profile photo, sets, ranking entries, push token and linked sign-in info from our server. If you no longer have the app, email us below. On-device history is removed when you delete the app.

This app is not directed at children under 14.
