1. 서비스

(주)스트라(이하 "회사")는 카메라로 운동 동작을 인식해 횟수를 세어 주는 모바일 앱 "AI 운동 카운터"(이하 "앱")를 제공합니다. 앱을 설치·사용함으로써 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 무료 체험

앱을 처음 실행한 시점부터 7일간 모든 기능을 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 결제 수단 등록은 필요하지 않습니다. 체험 기간이 끝나면 운동 자동 카운트 기능이 잠기며, 이미 저장된 운동 기록·사진·체중 기록은 계속 열람할 수 있습니다.

3. 구독

상품명 — 프로 월 이용권
가격 — 월 4,900원(부가세 포함). 대한민국 외 지역은 스토어가 정한 해당 통화 가격이 적용됩니다.
기간 — 1개월. 해지하지 않으면 만료 24시간 전에 자동으로 갱신되고 동일 금액이 청구됩니다.
결제 — 구매 확정 시 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정으로 청구됩니다. 회사는 이용자의 결제 정보를 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
해지 — App Store(설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독) 또는 Google Play(구독 관리)에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 이미 결제된 기간이 끝날 때까지는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
환불 — 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따르며, 스토어를 통해 신청합니다.

4. 이용자의 책임

앱을 역설계하거나, 결제 절차를 우회하거나, 타인의 계정으로 부정하게 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

5. 건강 관련 고지

앱은 의료기기가 아니며 의학적 진단·치료·조언을 제공하지 않습니다. 카운트 결과는 참고용이며 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 운동 중 통증이나 이상이 느껴지면 즉시 중단하고 전문가와 상담하십시오. 지병이 있거나 임신 중이라면 운동 시작 전에 의사와 상의하시기 바랍니다.

6. 책임의 한계

회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱 이용으로 발생한 부상·손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.

7. 약관 변경

약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 게시하고 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. The Service

STRA Co., Ltd. ("we") provides the mobile app "AI Rep Counter" ("the app"), which uses the camera to recognise exercise movements and count repetitions. By installing and using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Free Trial

All features are free for 7 days starting from your first launch. No payment method is required. When the trial ends, automatic rep counting is locked; workout history, photos, and weight entries you already saved remain viewable.

3. Subscription

Product — Pro monthly
Price — ₩4,900 per month including VAT. Outside South Korea, the store's local-currency price applies.
Period — 1 month. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically 24 hours before expiry and the same amount is charged.
Billing — Charged to your App Store or Google Play account on purchase confirmation. We never collect or store your payment details.
Cancellation — Cancel anytime in App Store (Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Manage subscriptions). You keep access until the paid period ends.
Refunds — Handled by each store under its own refund policy.

4. Your Responsibilities

Do not reverse engineer the app, circumvent payment, or use another person's account without permission.

5. Health Notice

The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Counts are approximate and not guaranteed to be accurate. Stop immediately and consult a professional if you feel pain or discomfort. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, consult a doctor before exercising.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or damage arising from use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Changes

If these terms change we will post the update here and revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing Law and Contact
